Off the Bench
Collect or take delivery from current saleable stock. Best for jobs landing in the next few weeks.
Hedging plants in volume for landscapers, developers and grounds maintenance.
Volume hedging for the people who actually plant it.
Fieldroot supplies hedging at trade volumes to landscapers, developers, grounds maintenance contractors and garden designers. Buy off the bench, pre-book stock for upcoming jobs, or commission us to grow specific quantities to your specification.
We work with one-off project buyers and with regular accounts placing repeat orders through the year. Tell us what you need and how often, and we will set up the right arrangement.
When you order from Fieldroot, you are buying from the nursery that grew the plants. That means consistent grading, honest availability, and the kind of direct communication that makes projects run smoothly.

Three ways to buy, depending on your timeframe.
Collect or take delivery from current saleable stock. Best for jobs landing in the next few weeks.
Reserve a quantity now against a future delivery date. We hold the stock back from general sale and deliver to your window.
Tell us what you will need over the next 12 to 36 months. We propagate and grow to your specification, in the sizes and varieties you use most. Priced and scheduled in advance.
A trade nursery lives or dies on whether the stock turns up, on time, in the condition agreed.
Hundreds on demand from current stock across most varieties. Thousands per variety with reasonable notice (typically one growing season). Larger volumes by arrangement under a contract growing agreement.
We do not take orders we cannot fulfil. If stock is limited, we say so up front and help you find alternatives or plan ahead for the next batch.
If we say we can do something, we can. If we cannot, we will tell you on the call rather than three weeks before delivery.
Plants are graded and counted at the nursery before they leave. Clear paperwork: delivery note, plant list, sizes. Direct line of contact if anything is wrong on arrival.
We do not have a complicated application process. We need your business name and contact, the kind of work you do, and a rough idea of volume. A first order can be placed straight away. Trade pricing applies once we understand what you typically buy. Repeat customers are reviewed for better rates as volume grows.
