Hedging Plant Prices: 9cm, 1L and 2 to 3L Pots

Indicative pricing for hedging plants in 9cm, 1 litre and 2 to 3 litre pots.

Indicative Pricing

Prices depend on the plant, pot size, quantity and the time of year. The guide below is a starting point, not a fixed list.

For a firm price on what you actually need, send us your plant list and we will quote against current stock and your delivery requirements.

By Pot Size

Hedging is a living, growing product. Prices reflect the time, growing-on space and care that has gone into each plant.

9cm liners

From around £X.XX per plant, ex VAT. Sold in trays. Best for cost-effective bulk planting where you can wait one to two seasons for height. Popular with landscapers planting long boundary runs and with developers handling estate-scale screening.

1 litre

From around £X.XX per plant, ex VAT. Established root system, faster to take off after planting. A reliable middle ground for most domestic and commercial hedging jobs.

2 to 3 litre

From around £X.XX per plant, ex VAT. Larger plants for instant visual impact, typically one per running metre. Suited to finished domestic gardens and high-spec landscaping schemes.

Trade Pricing

Active trade customers (landscapers, developers, grounds maintenance, garden designers) qualify for trade pricing once an account is set up. This is a discount against retail rates, not a published list. The size of the discount depends on volume, frequency, and whether stock is pre-booked or off the bench.

If you place repeat orders or run multi-phase projects, ask about contract growing. We can grow specific quantities to your specification, ready for an agreed window.
