Cherry Laurel Cuttings Going In

By Fieldroot Nursery general

Took the first round of Cherry Laurel cuttings this week. Selected from healthy parent stock on site, set into cell trays, and into the propagation house under mist. They will sit for several weeks while they root, then move into 9cm pots once they are stable.

Cherry Laurel is a workhorse hedging plant for British gardens. Tough, evergreen, takes a clipping well, copes with most soil conditions. Liners from this batch should be ready for sale next season.

If you have a Cherry Laurel hedging job booked for autumn or next spring, let us know now and we can earmark stock from this run.
